Peakest Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the European Union and the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 7–12 business days before they leave our warehouse. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders over $65 USD. For orders under $65 USD, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 12 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve it.
